Our prices are competitive because the products that we use are hypoallergenic, cosmetic grade and FDA approved face and body paint, adhesive and glitter. Artists are available in New York City and Georgia for all occasions and are bilingual in English and Spanish.

The Johns Creek Public Works Department presents the annual ‘Touch-A-Truck” event featuring construction equipment and fun activities for the whole family! The Free hot dogs and water and will be available while supplies last.

Average rates starts at $85.00 and up, per hour/per Artist with a 2 Hour Minimum. Quote provided is based on the type of the event and the amount of guests expected to be painted. One Artist can paint about 12-15 faces per hour depending on the intricacy of the designs that are chosen and the age of the guest being painted. Be sure to book your time accordingly to avoid leaving any guest out. PLEASE do not ask us to disappoint any of your guests due to the lack of time booked. Sometimes we have an event booked right after yours and we may not be able to accommodate the unexpected lapse in contracted time between both events. If you exceed the time booked and we are available to stay, we will be glad to and it can be charged in half hour or hour increments. Client will pay for the time booked plus overrun, even if the Client has delayed the time we start the actual painting.
Event date is not set until the $50.00 non - refundable booking fee or full total payment is received. Booking fee can be paid via an electronic invoice or by following the link PayPal.
Travel fees apply when the event is more than 50 miles from 30076, Roswell, Georgia. Generally $25 per Artist, per half hour increment. Parking fees must be paid to the artist with other event payment. Should a check be returned, Client is responsible for any returned check fees and court fees associated with the booking of this event.
Please provide adequate bathroom facilities, lighting and a place to dispose of our water. We will need 15 minutes to set up/take down.
Outdoor Setup (Weather)
Client agrees to provide shelter from extreme temperatures from the sun, rain, snow and excessive wind. A table and 2 chairs per Artist, bathroom facilities, adequate lighting and a place to dispose of our water. We will need 15 minutes to set up/take down. Client is responsible to provide an alternate indoor location in the event of inclement weather. The Client agrees to pay the full amount contracted once the painter has arrived at the event location, even if it is raining. Please list an alternate indoor location on the front of the contract as we do not offer refunds due to inclement weather.
Breaks and Stop Time
Artists will have paid breaks of 15 minutes every two hours and must have access to a restroom. If you have booked by the hour it is the Client’s responsibility to limit additional guest from requesting service after the booked time. Please book enough time to have all your guests painted and to avoid disappointment.
Cancellations / Refunds / Reschedule
Should you need to reschedule your event please do so at least 7 days prior and we will make every effort to meet your needs. If you need to cancel the event, you must cancel within 24 hours of the event or you will have to pay the total contracted amount. All deposits are non-refundable. **We do not offer refunds for inclement weather so please secure an alternate indoor location for your event in advance.* Should our Artist get sick/have to cancel, we will find a replacement Artist in advance.
Limitations on Artwork
In public, artists will not paint on any part of the body that is not legal to expose, so please do not ask. Artist will not paint anything offensive or disturbing.
Extreme Adverse Working Conditions
Artists have the right to cease painting and leave without refunding any monies if there are extreme working conditions and the Client fails to remedy the situation after it has been brought to the Client’s attention. Adverse conditions include but are not limited to: destructive, violent, or extreme inappropriate behavior of a child, pet or adult, illegal activities, or otherwise dangerous conditions.
While we use FDA ONLY approved cosmetic grade face and body painting supplies, Artist is not liable for allergic reactions of anyone to paints. People with skin allergies or sensitive skin should either not participate, or have Artist perform a patch test at the beginning of the event. Client understands that darker face paints will linger and paint must be removed with mild soap, water and washcloth. For safety reasons, Artist will not paint children under 2 years old or anyone who is unwilling. For sanitary reasons, Artist will not paint anyone who is or appears to the Artist to be sick or suffering from cold sores, conjunctivitis, ringworm, sunburn, eczema, any infectious skin condition or open wounds. These determinations are at the Artists discretion. Artists will use reasonable care, but is not responsible for damage to clothing or property. The Client agrees to pay for any accidents or injuries caused by pets or guests, and/or any damage to Artist’s equipment or supplies caused by pets, lawn sprinklers, or guests. Under no circumstances will Artist supervise children. Their behavior and safety is the Client’s and/or Parent’s responsibly.
