Fees & Payment

Average rates for Artistic Experiences in Atlanta, GA booked with Face and Body Art by Luz Cruz LLC start at $150.00+ per hour, per Artist. One Artist can service approximately 10–15 guests per hour, depending on the intricacy of the designs and the age of the guests.

Booking Deposit: A $50.00 non-refundable retainer fee/deposit is required to secure your date and time for services. Your reservation is not confirmed until received. Remaining balance due in full upon Artist’s arrival. Please book time accordingly, we cannot always accommodate unexpected lapses in contracted time. If Artist is available beyond contracted time, we are happy to extend; however, overtime will be billed in 60-minute increments. The Client is responsible for the full contracted time plus any overrun, even if the start time was delayed by the Client.

Cash remains preferred method of payment, we accept credit cards, debit cards, money orders, Square, Venmo, and PayPal. Business checks are also accepted, a $150.00 fee applies to all returned checks. We do not charge additional transaction fees for credit or debit card payments. All payments should be made to Face & Body Art by Luz Cruz LLC.

Social Media & Photography: Client grants Face & Body Art by Luz Cruz LLC permission to take photographs or videos of the artwork created during the event for use in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, along with our website and portfolios.  If you or guest(s) prefers not to be photographed or if your event is "no-photo" for privacy reasons, notify in writing.

Travel & Parking: Travel fee begins at $25.00 per Artist. Client provides parking space (driveway, street front, or loading dock) to allow the Artist to unload heavy equipment. Client agrees to reimburse the Artist for any parking or valet fees incurred.

Setup Requirements: Indoor setups: adequate lighting, access to bathroom facilities, not near the speakers, and a place to dispose of water. Outdoor setups: Client provides sturdy shelter from sun, rain, snow, and wind, not near the speakers, set up may include a table and two chairs per Artist. We require 15 minutes before and after setup/teardown, and this time is not billed.

Inclement Weather: No Refunds for inclement weather. Client’s must provide an alternate indoor location. The full contracted amount is due once the Artist arrives, regardless of weather conditions.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Rescheduling must occur at least 7 days prior to the event; we will make every effort to accommodate the new date if an Artist is available. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event start time require payment of the full contracted amount. All payments, retainer fees, and deposits are non-refundable.

Liability & Safety: We use only FDA-approved cosmetic-grade supplies. The Artist is not liable for allergic reactions, and patch tests are available upon request. For safety and hygiene, we will not paint children under 3 years old, anyone who is unwilling, or anyone appearing ill (cold sores, lice, conjunctivitis, open wounds, etc.). Artists do not supervise children; behavior and safety are the sole responsibility of the Client or parents. The Client is responsible for any damage to the Artist's equipment or injuries caused by guests, pets, or property hazards (e.g., lawn sprinklers).
